Château Suduiraut Sauternes '07 (375ml)
Suduiraut is one of the great properties of the Sauternes appellation. Over 200 hectares in size, with 90 planted to vines, the majority of which is Sémillon. While Sauternes typically has a rich, unctuous quality to it, Suduiraut is one of those rare producers that retains acidity, and provides a balanced profile. Honey, lemon curd, nectarine leap from the glass. A wine to just meditate with at the end of a long night discussing politics with the in-laws!
